2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and their details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and individual device or screen settings.

Certain jewelry pieces may have slight variations in finish, shape, or appearance. These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

MUTIYAAR reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.

4. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. MUTIYAAR does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are expected to be delivered within 8–10 business days.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of MUTIYAAR's control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

6. Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, the issue must be reported on the day of delivery by emailing mutiyaar.store@gmail.com.

A video showing the package and item(s) upon opening is required for us to review a damaged-delivery claim. Please include your order number and a description of the damage.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

MUTIYAAR is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the MUTIYAAR website, including logos, photographs, product images, graphics, designs, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MUTIYAAR and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
