All purchases made through MUTIYAAR are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged Deliveries

Please carefully inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage on the day of delivery.

To report a damaged delivery, please email mutiyaar.store@gmail.com with:

• A clear video showing the condition of the package and item(s) upon opening

• Your order number

• A brief description of the damage

Video evidence is required for us to review a damaged-delivery claim. Claims submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. MUTIYAAR is not responsible for incorrect selections or information entered by the customer at checkout.
